How Soon Can Puppies Leave?

On average puppies are ready for new homes somewhere between 8 and 12 weeks of age. Every puppy is different. Its because of this individualism that in the end we will make the final decision on when a puppy is ready. Please understand that we don't want to keep your puppy from you any longer then necessary. Our only concern is for the well-being of the puppy, because of its young age. Once we have deemed that your puppy is capable of handling the stress (I.E. travel, new home, ETC...) your puppy will be able to join your family.

Health Guarantee

The buyer understand that the puppy being purchased has been seen by our veterinarian for at least one "healthy puppy" check before being allowed to leave for his or her new home. Any problems will be disclosed to you before you receive the puppy so you may have the option of continuing the purchase process of the puppy. He or she has had all shots and worming consistent with our veterinarian's recommendations. Kennel Cough inoculation is given to every puppy at 4 to 6 weeks. We require you see YOUR veterinarian to examine the puppy within 72 hours of receiving the puppy. If your veterinarian finds a major medical problem that was overlooked by us during your initial veterinarian check you may give me a written explanation from your veterinarian along with the puppy and the puppy's registration papers and we will exchange for another puppy for equal value of your choice as soon as one becomes available. You will be responsible for any veterinarian bills you may have after you receive the puppy.   Speak to your veterinarian about completing the scheduled series of inoculations ON TIME. This guarantee will be VOID if the puppy is not seen within the 72 hour period unless a different timing is agreed on and in writing. Your health guarantee will be good for one(1) year from the day you receive the puppy.   Until the timetable for the shots has been completed (around 16 weeks of age) the puppy should NOT be exposed to contaminated areas or to unhealthy animals.

Congenital Defects Guarantee

There are certain problems that might be due to the activity of the puppy (I.E. jumping off high places, twisting of the knee, rough play with children or larger pets, ETC...) and cannot be diagnosed for sure as being a congenital defect.

A congenital defect would have to be diagnosed at the first veterinarian appointment within the 72 hour period. These problems can only be explained by being something the puppy was born with and that could not have been caused in any other way. With a certificate of death of along with the autopsy report that proves that the puppy did have a congenital defect resulting in the death of the puppy or in having the puppy put to sleep, the puppy will be replaced. At no charge for the "pick" of any available puppy. Any veterinarian bill incurred to diagnose or treat this congenital defect will be the responsibility of the buyer unless a written agreement is arranged.

No guarantee is made concerning the disposition, conformation, trainability, or the breeding ability of the puppy. It is impossible to accurately determine the EXACT adult size of any puppy sold. Therefore, we can not give any size guarantee. Size estimate is based on bloodline, age, bone structure, size of the puppy, and our experience with previous puppies. We do our very best to have healthy, happy, well socialized puppies.

Shipping

Yes, we ship using Pet Air, they specialize in just shipping pets.
We use Pet Air rather then making our own shipping arrangements as many airlines are not courteous or helpful to an individual, but they will help a company who has the options of pulling much more business from them should they decide that the airline is not helpful with the shipping of pets. If there are plane cancellations, delays, or changes that need to be made, Pet Air has the resources to make these changes quicker and easier then an individual might have. Pet Air does what ever needs to be done to best assure the safety of the puppy. Weather plays a big part in the air shipping of a puppy. There may be times in mid summer or mid winter when the shipping is changed or delayed due to bad or extreme weather. We will try to accommodate you the best we can with the shipping, but the overall decision when to ship the puppy will be our decision based on the health, safety, and best interest of the puppy. The timing for when we let the puppy go by shipping will be based on the age, breed, and size of the puppy.

We can hold your puppy for you, til a special time you would like it to arrive, once again the puppy must be paid in full before shipping.

BEWARE OF SCAM

There is a new scam that has started up, where a person is coping a picture from someone's website then putting that picture on sites like: www.puppyfind.com , selling the puppy which they do not really have for a smaller amount of money then tends to be normal for that breed. A potential buyer gets very excited thinking that they are getting a very good deal. The "so called seller" has the buyer wire them the money through something like Western Union, then the buyer never hears from the seller again, and of course will never see a puppy.
